• Request for Quotation (RFQ) Data: When you submit an RFQ, we collect your full name, organization/company name, business email address, business telephone number, project city/location, trade service category, and project scope description.
• Technical & Abuse Prevention Data: To protect our servers against automated abuse and denial-of-service, our edge infrastructure collects a cryptographic SHA-256 hash of your IP address, browser user-agent, and Turnstile challenge verification tokens. We do not store raw IP addresses in application databases.
• Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized website usage statistics via Google Analytics 4, loaded exclusively after your affirmative cookie consent.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process collected information for the following legitimate commercial purposes:

• Evaluating drawing packages, BOQ schedules, and technical requirements to issue quotation estimates.
• Direct business communication regarding active tender submissions and subcontracting engagements.
• Mitigating spam, fraudulent submissions, and malicious activity on our web forms.
• Fulfilling legal, statutory, and regulatory record-keeping obligations in India.

4. Zero Third-Party Marketing or Data Sales

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal contact information, architectural drawings, or commercial project data to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.

Submitted data is accessed strictly by authorized estimating and project management personnel within Laxmi Enterprises and processed via secure cloud infrastructure (encrypted Supabase Postgres database and Resend transactional email routing).

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain commercial inquiry records for the duration of the contracting lifecycle and statutory taxation compliance periods. All records are stored with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled, ensuring that public web clients have zero read or write access to our database tables.

6. Your Rights
